According to the information revealed, Akshay had demanded a fee of Rs 90 crore for ‘Hera Pheri 3’ from the film’s producer Firoz Nadiadwala. Along with this, he talked about some share of the profit as well. The producer disagreed on this. He met Akshay several times but every time the matter got stuck on fees. On the other hand, Karthik’s comic timing is better and he pulls the audience on his own, hence his entry in this project.

Karthik agreed for 30 crores
The producer had discussed the script of the film with Karthik as well. When things were not working out with Akshay, he made up his mind to finalize Karthik. Karthik is also excited to do this film.
